Ordering Our Products
Currency
Our website is set to US dollars by default. To change the currency to New Zealand dollars, simply click on the 'NZ dollars' link when moving the mouse over the current currency on the right of our menu bar. Note: Shopping Cart must be empty to change currency.
Retail Sales Tax/Goods And Service Tax
Provided we have a resale number for all retailers purchasing in the USA, there will be no tax charged.
All orders shipped to an address within New Zealand are subject to GST whether they are purchased in NZ dollars or US dollars. Purchases shipped to an address outside New Zealand have zero rated GST therefore no GST is charged.
Paying by Credit Card
To use credit card for payment, purchase will be conducted through PayPal in the currency of your choice (NZ or US dollars) by clicking on the "credit card" button in our shopping cart. You can also sent your order in an email by contacting orders@arbeedesigns.com and we will send you a PayPal account. Do NOT include your credit card details within the email for security reasons.
Payment by Check or Money Order
Please use our order form on line for your convenience or you may use the one provided in our catalogue. Give full details of your order including amount of item and colour choice if applicable. Do not forget to include your mailing address so we know where to send your order.
