How to use our website
You can browse our quilt patterns by selecting categories listed on the left. For information about ordering, inquiries and registration, use the menu bar above. To change currency from US dollars to NZ dollars simply click on the 'NZ dollars' link when moving the mouse over the current currency on the right of our menu bar. Note: Shopping Cart must be empty to change currency.
To process your wholesale order, we require proof of business. For USA customers we require a Resale Number. If this is the first time you are purchasing with us, please submit this with your order or register with us by filling out our registration form.
To order, please sign in using the login box to the left. Click on the buy button after entering the amount of patterns to be purchased. At this point, the pattern will be submitted to the shopping cart. You can always check the shopping cart by clicking on the link under the 'log out' button. Under this button, you will also see the amount in dollars, you have in your shopping cart. This amount does not include GST or shipping (check shopping cart for these).
When you are ready for check out, select either pay by credit card or check. Credit cards are processed through PayPal. Check orders can be printed and sent to us with your check.
All patterns will be shipped free worldwide on orders over $25.00. Orders below $25.00 will automatically be charged a $3.50 S&H fee.
Delivery of orders in New Zealand will be sent via NZ Post from our New Zealand warehouse. Orders from the USA or Canada will be shipped USPS from our California warehouse using standard post unless advised otherwise. Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt unless otherwise notified.
Arbee Designs is responsible for the standard shipping charges only. The buyer shall bare any expense for customs entry fee (most small packages have no customs fee) and shipping and handling above the standard charge. There will be no customs fees on USA orders.
All orders shipped to a New Zealand address are subject to GST whether paid in NZ dollars or US dollars.
